Floral Arranger

Do you find joy in the delicate dance of petals and senses? We’re searching for a skilled Floral Arranger who brings both artistry and care to every creation.

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years of retail flower shop experience
  • Deep knowledge of floral and plant care - helping nature’s beauty thrive
  • Proficiency in basic floral design and essential flower shop functions
  • Flexibility to work weekends, when our community celebrates life’s special moments

A warm heart and professional spirit that makes every customer feel valued

Floral Designer

Do you dream in color and see endless possibilities in every stem? Our Floral Designer position is perfect for an experienced creative who transforms visions into stunning reality.

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of retail flower shop and event work experience
  • Advanced design skills that turn ordinary moments into extraordinary memories
  • Thorough understanding of floral design principles and elements
  • Proven experience creating breathtaking arrangements for weddings, celebrations, and special events
  • The ability to collaborate closely with clients to bring their unique visions to life


Part-time Driver

Do you know Mobile like the back of your hand and take pride in delivering happiness? We’re seeking a part-time driver who:

What You Bring:

  • Knows the Mobile city area well
  • Has a clean driver’s record
  • Is willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Can lift, bend, and move heavy objects for deliveries and off-premises events

As our ambassador on the road, you’ll deliver more than just flowers—you’ll deliver smiles and help us create unforgettable moments for our customers.
